So I have a Smartthings hub with some sengled bulbs set on routines. Problem I’m having is every time we have a power outage, the bulbs don’t reconnect. Seems like the only way I can get them to connect is to unscrew them from the socket and screw them back in at which time they’ll blink and be reconnected. I don’t have many bulbs yet, but this is going to be a major PITA if I want to put in a lot more bulbs. Any ideas what can be done? Does this happen with hue bulbs?

No experience with sengled, but Hue just became a lot more useful with the option to reset to last setting after power is cut off. I previously refused to use them in bedrooms since they would come on full blast after a power outage. I have had 0 issues with having to reset the bulbs.

I have a SmartThings hub with Sengled bulbs. When the power goes out and comes back on all the lights come on. Basically I have to wait a few minutes for everything to sync back up since it reaches out to the internet. Once that happens I am able to control the bulbs again with the app. Same things happens with the GE switches I have so I suspect this is a SmartThings sync issue and not the bulbs.

Try uninstalling from smartthings then reinstall sucks but might fix them
