Issue with Galaxy texting

I can receive, and can send images, but almost every text is "not sent, tap to try again" which doesn't work.
If I restart, I can sometimes then send the text.
Don't know if it's an Android to iPhone issue...

Install "Messages for Web" app on your phone, you can also install it to your computer browser (Chrome and Brave are the browsers I use it on.) and text from your computer. It is an Android only app as there is no version for iPhone's. Set it as your default texting app on your Android. I have been using it for several years and have had zero issues texting with iPhone users. Matter of fact my entire family are iPhone fools. I'm the only Android idiot in the house.

Same.
It wasn't for group texts, only individual.
I switched to a different messaging app that was already on phone and its been working fine.
