Issue with 4k on EVGA 1070 ftw2 on 4k not a resolution option

My issue is that When try to change to a 4k resolution, it's not listed as an option. The highest is 1080p.
I know that the GPU can do 4k with ease:
Resolution & Refresh
Max Monitors Supported: 4
240Hz Max Refresh Rate
Max Digital : 7680x4320
To double check, I connected another computer to the exact same everything and it switches to 4k. That computer is using an APU (Ryzen 2200g).
Anybody have a clue as to why it's not listed?

What kind of cable are you running?
Next, go to Nvidia control panel and check resolution.
