So about 3 days ago I can barely hear anyone when using as a handset. Bluetooth and speaker phone are clear.

What sucks is AT$T won’t deal with the warranty and I have to bring it to the Apple store.

I know, first world problems but the first one I will have to bring into the store for a warranty issue.

Blow the ear piece out with a air compressor.. it gets easily clogged and it hard to tell. Im sure it will fix the problem.

I'll give it a shot before trekking into the apple store which is a big pain in the arse and report back.

If your computer malfunctioned would you expect your ISP to fix it or the manufacturer?

So if I had an AT&T Samsung phone that has the same issues I goto a Samsung store? Or any other phone AT&T sells for that matter?

BTW other poster, did not make a difference.

I think that AT&T has a repair center in Baton Rouge. If they asked you to leave it there for a couple of days you might not like that. If you walk into the Apple store they might just swap it out for a new one.
