Is YouTube forcing the NBA TV subscription on users

Opened up my youtube to watch some Kill Tony last night and when I clicked my subscriptions, under my most watched scripts, sitting right above KT, is NBA TV!!! I hate basketball. I 100% never searched or watched videos on it, so I didn't accidentally subscribe to it. I can't Unsubscribe!
Does anyone else have this problem?

I think it’s most of the big data mining companies right now…. NBA, WNBA, etc seem to be all over me lately. I haven’t watched a basketball game since the late 90s and don’t intend to. Absolutely nothing against those who like it just doesn’t ring my bell.

I also have the issue. I can unsubscribe but then the next time I open the app it is back. I have removed it 5 times this week and still coming back.
