Is this a good laptop deal?

My 60 year old mom is looking for a basic laptop to do her schoolwork on(shes a teacher) and i found this at Best Buy
Looked like good reviews and i like that it has a SSD. she just needs something for web browsing, email, and office.
I think its a good deal but wanted to see what you guys thought? i have the same laptop for work and its been great.

i just got my mother in law a chromebook a few years ago. it has worked out great.

She's going to get a $250.00 product, just saying.
Laptops and TV's are some of the few things I don't go cheap on because the extra money usually means I'm paying for longevity and reliability
