Im still shocked to learn that bluetooth can be blocked somehow depending on device.
I didn't realize that. Also have no idea why they would want to do that. Seems like that would be a pretty big deal breaker for potential car buyers who have android.

A way to force people to get the upgrade navi package.

Infiniti support is terrible , FYI. I do not have Nav, I think it's not there yet and the phone i as useful so I did not get it. And, I most definitely stream via bluetooth.

i would probably just not buy the car before i switch from android to iphone. I have no issues with iphone/apple but i'm pot committed with android now (and happy about it).

I was disappointed with the outbound text so did a bunch of research and found that hackers could get into your phone via the default password so they had to do something to prevent it from happening.

Ended up with a s7 Edge.
Phone is pretty sweet so far.

I've looked into adapters on an Infiniti forum and everyone that has bought one said it wouldnt work. One guy modified his but that involved taking the center console off and other shite i wont ever attempt.
Which android do you have? I have a Nexus 5X and the one thing I am very disappointed in (that I didn't realize until well after I bought it) was that since they've gone to the USB-C format for charging, they've opted to no longer have connecting data go through that interface. I can't remember the name of the cable or connection or whatever it is internally, but basically, you used to be able to plug a Nexus into a car's USB and have that be the interface. It no longer can do that. I wonder if this is your problem.

Havent figured out gifs yet. Doubt it will be as easy as gboard or the new ios 10, though.
I switched to textra. Love the stock samsung app. Just prefer textea so far.
