I have a brand new machine, Intrex built it, they can't find any hardware issues with it.. Had it 3 days under testing. Never Blue Screens for them.. I come home, hook up with all new cables...boom "Windows didn't properly shut down"

keep blue screen mini dumps

Error suggest RAM or driver updates

It past 26 consecutive memory tests

I ran a scan from Driver update and it found 7 drivers out of date

They want 30 dollars for subscription

is this site legit?

I don't think I should have to do this for a brand new machine

Please advise

You gave no info about the hardware, but I suspect it is a desktop.

A laptop runs off a battery and would not have external power problems.

Your house wiring may have the polarity reversed. Or the power company may have a lot of fluctuations. You can buy an AC polarity tester pretty cheap at Home Depot. Test your wiring first.

If your wiring is hooked up properly, buy a UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply). Plug your computer into the battery backup outlet, not the surge only outlet.

The UPS will output stable power to the computer since it converts AC power to DC and goes thru a battery and is then converted back to AC.

Again, test your wiring first. I don't know what bad wiring will do to a UPS since it has a big battery inside of it. You don't want that thing overheating and blowing up!

might be due to low voltage.
