iPhone Alarms

I have an iPhone 11, and every single day an alarm goes off at 6:45am, 7:15am, and 7:45am. I have no alarms set for these times. The alarm will only do one cycle of the sound as opposed to continuously ringing for my actual alarm time. I read online that doing a restore "could" fix it. I tried that and it still does it. Anyone have any idea why the hell it does this or how to stop it?

Have you been able to click on the banner and select manage?
Another option is go to settings and search reminders, will have several options I’d check them all. May have some reminder alerts set in some of your apps
