That's cool and all, but stress tests that involve the entire phone would be better.

I read rumors today that Apple has placed an upfront order for almost 70 million iPhone 6 units, dwarfing all previous orders for new iPhones.

They are expecting big, big things. Maybe this "indestructible" screen is just the beginning.

I agree, but it seems tough for a few ounces of phone to do damage to this thing based on what I've seen

I think apple will get ALLOT of their previous customers back with this phone.

We will see, I'm currently more interested in seeing what Google is doing.

Sapphire looks legit though.

I've never owned an Apple product and I'm considering a change. Apple just looks like it works.

It will be interesting to see. There's no telling what kinds of stress the frame will exert on glass on impact. But I'm very impressed so far.
