iOS 10 screenshot copyright fix

With the release of iOS 10, which has been universally loathed as far as I've seen, they've implemented a new security software mechanism into their native video player on all devices (iPhones, iPods etc.).
Due to Netflix being constantly pirated by people using screenshot video software, Apple decided to take the initiative to block the iTunes exclusive video content from being screenshot altogether.
So all I ask is these few questions, because I use a lot of screenshots taken from certain series I've purchased and use them for art purposes.
1. Can anyone direct me to an actual similar software that I've describe that forgoes this security measure? Or rather, an outside hardware device that streams the video to a different screen and from there allows a screenshot?
2. Does a certified (not beta stage) jailbreak, in theory, allow this to be unlocked? I'm not talking about a specific type of jailbreak if there is such a thing. Just an all around typical one.
Thanks everyone. Sorry if this has been asked before. Can probably tell I've never once visited this board before.
