Hey guys, I figured I'd drop in and see if someone of the IT Guru's can help me figure this one out.

I had a good friend of mine ping me on Skype earlier with an issue on a printer.

Apparently, the printer is printing GNAA (do not google this lol) flyers and wont stop.

Some information:

Local Network, no Wifi, 5 static IP's.
No security cameras
No DHCP
Ports 80, 443 are not open
He created a restricted server list
Cannot see modem (ATT Fiber)

Any opinions, ideas? I wish I could post the flyer, its racist af

I believe multiple.

Yeah, I made that mistake because I was unaware of the acronym.

How are they accessing his network? What kind of printer and how is it connected? Bluetooth? Wifi? Hard Wired?

Seems like he either has a virus (unlikely if his antivirus is up to date) or his network has been compromised. Change passwords and re-download or update the Lexmark application.

The second vulnerability sounds like it is being exploited.

So, I must assume NOT the Greater Nashville Apartment Association or Global Network of Arab Activists?

The OTHER GNAA? Yeah, that's unfortunate.
