Indoor/Outdoor Security Cameras and Monitoring

I need help and direction of the best way to achieve my end goal regarding home security/monitoring. For the record, the home was built in 1996 and has limited availability to run wires for a wired camera system so wireless would be the best option.
I currently have CPI for a security system. The two cameras I have are horrible and I would like to be able to merge security, outdoor/indoor monitoring into one system.
My ultimate end goal would be the following:
-Doorbell camera
-3 outdoor cameras
-4 indoor cameras
-Door Sensors (if possible to connect to a system)
-Anytime video viewing (ie via an Alexa Show or some sort of video device that can be placed in the kitchen or centralized location)
-Security Monitoring (I have read that there are companies that you pay for strictly fire/police monitoring.
There are many wireless camera options out there that I like that seem like they would work. For example, I could but 2 separate Eufy/Arlo systems and a Ring doorbell and that would satisfy the camera need. Pair that with loading the app on the Alexa Show and I could view the cameras from that source, but I am not sure how the security monitoring would work.
Is it as simple as just purchasing multiple devices and pairing them with a SmartHome hub?
Is there a system out there that would meet my needs that I am just not familiar with? Is my best bet to stick with CPI for security monitoring and just get the wireless cameras for my own use?

Just do Ring everything. They have all the products needed to fit your request.
