IMPORTHTML function - auto updating google sheets

Need to see if someone here is smarter than me on fixing a problem i'm having. We have a golf pick em league and are using the IMPORTHTML function to have the leaderboard from ESPN posted on the google sheet. What i'm finding is that the "live" leaderboard using this function only updates once an hour or so. I have tried to update the sheet settings and update the calculation to "on change and every minute" but that does not work. Any idea how we can get an auto update of this sheet as ESPN updates their leaderboard? For now I have a checkbox that is running an IF function which I will uncheck and then recheck to update it, but was hoping someone knows how to make it where it automatically updates.
