How to synch two Bluetooth earbuds - same model but bought separately

I bought a pair of Beben X8 bluetooth earbuds but I dropped one and now it only plays at very low volume. I bought a replacement pair and then lost one of the replacements. How can I synch the replacement earbud that I still have with the working one from my original set?
