How to clean "skeletal" mice?

I have a Glorious mouse with a ton of holes in it that I really like seen here.
However, and this is gross AF, the holes attract ... stuff. The bottom is covered in skates, so you can't really use compressed air, and I've tried sweeping out the holes with a Qtip to no avail. Does anyone know the secret to cleaning out stuff like this?
