We patch perimeter servers monthly and are down for ~ 2 hours during off peak hours. We're 100% MS.

Just go to GCP and hire Atos to manage it and be done with the bullshite you've become accustomed to for decades. Retain your customer facing tech functions but outsource all of that infrastructure "back of the house" shite.
