Buying a new home and want to put a new “brain” in it. Probably will have 3-4 TVs in the house and there are already speakers. The house is wired for the most part, but I will be moving some tv locations. I would like to access Plex or some other media hub separately at each tv and be able to run some type of streaming music service through the speakers.

The previous owners have a closet full of their AV hardware but it is probably very dated.

Any thoughts on how much to budget and what I will need? Can it be done for under $10,000?

That is what I need to figure out. I want to be able to run plex and access my entire library which is almost 2TB. I also want to be able to access my streaming services and have the ability to stream music through the built in speakers. I believe all wiring is in place. I just have no idea what hardware I need.
