How many here use RSS Feeds?

Curious to know how many on this board use RSS Feeds on a regular basis. Exactly how does it help you in your day-to-day activities? Trivia: do you know what "RSS" stands for?
Me: I create Google Alerts for stuff I'm interested in (business and personal) and select the option to have them delivered to my RSS reader.
I think RSS feeds are the most useful thing to come along since Al Gore invented the internet. You'll find yourself at least a little smarter when it comes to communicating about topics you subscribe to in your RSS feeds.

Yes, every day. I have a client on my iPhone called Newsify - I give it RSS links, and it grabs the headers. I can then scroll through and open the items I want to read.
