Yes you can, but you will be stuck with crappy VSAT or LTE Hotspot that will throttle after "x amount of LTE used". Wired connections are the backbone of modern networks still. There is a reason mobile providers limit hotspot use. It would break their networks if people tried to run their homes on their towers.

So yes you can get internet without a cooper, or fiber line. No it won't be any good.
