Anybody have any of these products like eero, orbi, google wifi, plume, etc? Any reviews? I like the price/look of Plume but it's brand new and I can't find any reviews yet.

Can't speak to the rest but I have Google Wifi and absolutely love it. Took less than 5 minutes to setup and pair. I haven't had a single issue. Seems to good to be true.

I've had the exact same experience with Ubiquiti Amplifi.

I have eero. It's great. Simple to use.

Ubiquiti Amplifi.
Looks cool as hell but do they make just the router + 1 extender vs. the 2? Covering 20k square feet is beyond overkill for my house.

I have plume. It has been really great so far. I had a Netgear R8000 which was nice but struggled to cover every spot in my two story house. The best thing I can say about plume is that it just works, as long as you have enough pods.
The biggest negative for plume is the lack of advanced features but they claim those on on the way.
Arstechnica did a good review of many big name mesh systems. LINK

Not sure.....if I recall correctly You maybe can buy just the router and they were supposed to start selling the nodes by themselves in the future.
Although I will tell you this my house is a little over 3000 sq ft and I have the main unit basically in the center in my living room and the two nodes on each end (the house is pretty symmetrical I guess) and I hardly ever get connected to the nodes. Only when I'm in the far back of the house....which is awesome because the nodes really do cut the speed down significantly although not as much as like Eero and Orbi which is why I went with Ubiquiti.
Now I get wifi in my whole yard....hell my neighbors get full signal from my wifi. It was worth it to me to get both extenders but I will say this I would probably be fairly satisfied with just the router itself but I'd still be disappointed that I would lose some coverage in my bedroom and entertainment room (which would be a bitch because of ATV).

I have the Eero (3 Pack) and it is the best wifi signal I have ever had.

Just upgraded to google Wi-Fi and the signal is four times better than my old router. Highly recommend, but pricey

Was the Google Wi-Fi one module or the 3 pack? Just wondering on the performance of a single one..

I pulled the trigger on the Plume. It arrives tomorrow. I'll report back how it works.

Mine is the 3-pack, but even when I had it set up as one it was pretty good.
