Especially because my old one worked fine, just needed a 2nd zone.

Well I'm assuming they found something wrong with the unit. They made it pretty clear that if they didn't find anything wrong with it when they tested at their facility, they would take a restocking fee AND original shipping cost out of the refund (which I found to be a little sketchy since I paid 8.99 for shipping when I ordered). I just got the full refund today though.
