Home Security Companies for the Northshore

My wife, no pics, and I have been discussing getting some type of home security system. I already have plenty of cameras tied to my own camera server or NVR if you want to call it that. I am looking for recommendations on local monitoring companies that will use my cameras and then install and monitor a typical break-in sensor system, plus interface with my garage door openers. I have done a TD search and found lots of threads, and tons of opinions, but there doesn't seem to be a general consensus, other than the national providers are over priced and suck service wise. I have done some research and found one local company, I am sure there are others, that has been around since 1978, and seem to be pretty good. They are Alarm Center Baton Rouge. I was wondering if anyone has experience with them, good or bad, and if bad do you have another company you'd recommend over them? Of course I am not willing to replace my 4K cameras with their's, so the company needs to be flexible. TIA for any advice or info on companies to contact.
I have also posted this on the Home and Garden board.

You can try Coastal. We used to use them just for monitoring, no issues. Switched to a Ring System a few years ago, though.

Having someone monitor your existing cameras will likely be more than you want to pay. The best platform to do this with is alarm.com on the residential side.
It would be better to keep your existing cameras the way they are now and add an existing system with the typical intrusion detection, smoke, carbon, heat, and maybe one or two cameras in key locations that integrate with that system. I recommend this because having your existing cameras tie into this system would cost more than just buying their WiFi or POE cameras. Most people just use the cloud storage capabilities when doing this so your existing CCTV system will be another layer of security with local storage.
Plus with the alarm.com cameras you get advanced analytics all built into the same app your fire and burglar is on.
Companies on the NS
Safe and Secure
Halo Security
I would also recommend ABC they are on the south shore, but go to the NS. They do a really good job setting up the proper user experience for these systems.

Thanks, I was sort of expecting this, and really all I need is the traditional home alarm system. Looking forward to talking with some knowledgeable sales people from local companies this week.
