Help with HDMI audio on old plasma TV

I gave an old HP plasma tv. Plugged in fire stick to HDMI port and everything was fine. When I switched back to my cable my tv has no audio, just a message that reads “HDMI audio not available”. Thoughts?

Let me guess Sanyo?
I have the same issue. Its Sanyo's problem and they aren't going/able to do anything about it. Tried for weeks with a firestick... no joy. Plugged in a Roku and she just works
