Having issues with Reminders on 14 Pro Max not making an alert sound

Anyone else, I’ve tried everything and it’s just not alerting me. I’ve re installed the app and made sure all the settings were correct it’s just not working even tried turning them off in iCloud and turning back on. 14 Pro Max running latest software update so that’s not it either, this one is important to me as i use reminders all day long at work.

Also as a test I used the google assistant and worked perfectly so has to be something with the Apple App
