When I turn on my network security using trend micro, I get blocked from it. The alert says it is a freak attack. From 151.139.237.32. Found more here: LINK

I believe you are correct on this. Only my old iPad seems to trigger the alarm and get blocked. That iPad does not have the storage for an update. Even so, shouldn't the site remove that cipher?
