Has anyone had any luck changing the location of their AT&T Fiber Junction Box?

The a-hole tech who installed mine while I was in the office put it in the area I wanted to add a concrete extension.
Everyone else in my neighborhood has it in their front yard.. but not mine
I found out when the concrete crew finished a year later.. and there’s a circular white box sticking out of my new concrete slab

I have a fiber junction in my yard, but it's in the far back corner of the back yard. I imagine they started putting them back there because people hated having them in their front yard
