I hate to derail the thread, but let's see what I can do:


If you mean you can't type a number in and save it Here's your best friend. Microsoft's website for Windows Phone 8 should take care of most of your questions for simple day-to-day things, particularly things you were used to doing in iOS that you're trying to learn to do in Windows Phone 8(.1?). If your answer isn't there, keep reading.

If you mean you want to transfer contacts:
1) DO you still have the aforementioned iPhone, and is it functional?
2) Do you own Microsoft Office, more specifically Microsoft Outlook and/or Excel (specify which, both, or neither, please).

If I'm totally missing your point, expand a little more on your problem, and let's see if I can't figure out what's going on.

I still have I-phone. Functional but phone not connected. Don't have withe of the programs you asked about. Thank you for helping me.
