Google Maps - Create Map help

I've created a map for my subject but I want to make it to when you click on a marker (pin) that it brings up the excel file that you used to create the map and have it already filtered for that city.

Example:

You have a service company that is nation wide. You create the map and it places pins in every city that you have had service calls, but those pins do not show how many service calls you have had at each location. I want to click on that pin and it show exactly how many times my guys have been there.
