A little more info could help… in my experience most law firms want a Jack of all trades to be a scapegoat and to paid like a secretary/clerical assistant.

Not sure if you are looking or hiring, which is not a good start

We all moved somewhere else to make actual money. You might want to try looking at a local shop where you can put a retainer down for one of a number of techs to come out within a certain amount of time. I did that in Baton Rouge for a few years, before I realized I was paid half of what I would be in any decent metro area (MSY doesn't count.)

Do you have a link to the job posting or more details? Are you just looking for an IT tech?

'IT' is a broad field, so you may get better responses with more details on the role.
