I am trying to help a customer and the websites i've found max out at 1GB or stick watermarks on the converted videos.
I just want to knock down some 1080p to 720p or even 480 and tweak the quality.
What are folks using? I had handbrake on my personal computer but I'm not allowed to install software on my work PC.
TIA

Sounds like your IT dept would be your only route outside of online video conversion. Handbrake/VLC is what i use when needed but you still have initial issue with permissions.

too bad; was hoping there was an online photobucket/imgur option for simple video conversions.
i'll just tell the customer they'll have to purchase something to do it.

Invite yourself to a teams meeting, put the files in the meeting, then join the meeting from your home pc, take the files, fix them, re-attach to the meeting.
