Fit bit watches, and also ones that have cell options:

1. Are the apple watches the only ones who have phone ready dealios in them?
2. What fit watch is worth the $$$ and has most options.
Wife is looking for one, and figured it would be a great xmas present

1. Not sure what this means.
2. I have the Versa and the Blaze. Really like the Versa, but it doesn't have the capability to answer a phone or talk. You can end a call or have some pre-defined reply messages for texting. Doesn't beat the Apple watch, but I have an android.

She has a galaxy 8, so there isn't a watch that works with it, to answer calls or texts?(which i meant to say in #1).

None of the Fitbits do. Not sure if any other brands will.

If she already has a Galaxy, check out the Samsung watches. I know the Gear S3 has an LTE option so it can be used without a bluetooth connection to her phone. Not sure if the newest version has it though. Both have the ability to talk through the watch and have all the bells and whistles she would need.
Also check out Ticwatch. From everything I've read, they are really good and considerably less expensive. You'll have to go with the pro version if you want to include NFC payments and it adds GPS. It doesnt have an LTE option so it will have to stay connected to her phone but you can talk through it.
