Facebook issues. Need help!

Facebook will not load on wife’s iPad. I have tried everything. Hard reset, network reset, install, reinstall, wait 24 hours, etc..
Her account works on iPhone and desktop. Just not iPad. Grok says this is a fairly common issue but nothing works. Login page just spins.
No FB for her, no peace for me!
Any suggestions? TIA.

The App won't login or from a browser? Have you tried multiple browers? Chrome or safari?

The login loop often gets stuck trying to authenticate over your home network. Forcing it to fail can actually break the loop. Close the Facebook app completely.
Go into your iPad settings and turn Wi-Fi completely off. Open the Facebook app. Because there is no internet, it should instantly skip past the infinite spinning wheel and give you a connection error with a prominent "Continue" or "Try Again" button. Leave the app open on that error screen, swipe down to open your Control Center, and turn Wi-Fi back on. Once the iPad reconnects to the internet, tap that Continue button in the app. It often forces the login right through.
This should clear it.

FB works fine on iMac and iPhone App, problem is when trying to use the iPad app.
