Experiences with Cheap Android Tablets?

Hi everyone,
Long story short: I'm looking for an inexpensive Android table to run the Reolink web app in my basement.
Without going into to many unnecessary details, the above sentence says it all. I'd like to also mount it to the wall. I had a system for a second monitor with a HDMI setup. It worked but it was rather cumbersome. Obviously for this application I don't need alot of computing power, and 1080p would be nice (but not required). With Amazon's early black Friday sale going on, it's the perfect time to take the plunge. The only other app I might run on it is Tuya's smart life app as we use that as our Alexa interface to control our smart home. We have an echo show 3 fee from where I'd like to mount this so running that app is immaterial.
Anyone have experience with these cheap android tablets? Budget is around $100 or less. I could spend more, but I'm not sure I need/want to.
ETA: This will will be hard wired power on 24/7, so battery life shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks in advance.

I've used the amazon versions and samsung version in business environments to run simple webpages like patient check in. Amazon even uses them in house at the warehouses. They are all fine and will do what you want. You could also look at an emulator and not buy any hardware.

If you can run POE and the Reolink app can be access via browser, Crestron has some really cheap touch panels that can be used. I use one for my security and music panel through Home Assistant
