ESPN playback error on XBOX

I have ESPN and ESPN + but trying to multicast that’s offered on the Xbox app and it says that I don’t have this as part of my tv package. I signed out of everything and back into everything still. Even tried to just watch the ESPN and nothing. Any ideas?

Try un-installing the ESPN app. Same thing happened to me the other day with HBO Max. It worked after I re-installed it.
