why are you doing this in excel and not python where 2 lines of ode solves your problem?

You'll get cross-eyed trying to put that all in one statement. Instead of nesting, create a column for each nested IF. Then create one more column to tie the others together.

Stop using excel. Have your ETL guy create a view for you to query.
