Does anyone have any experience with a dual wan router that supports a SIM card as a failover option? I know Draytek makes a high end router that will do it, but I’m looking for a less expensive option for my home. I’ve cut the cord completely so when my ISP experiencing problems, I’m dead in the water.

I'm pretty sure Ubiquiti has some options for you.

get a regular dual wan router then hook a cellular modem to one of the wan ports

LINK

you can usually find these cloudgate modems pretty cheap, just make sure it is a lte version. they support verizon or at&t.
