When watching in 4K - it periodically “drops” for a few seconds. Anyone had this issue and anyway to fix it? Is it as simple as a different cable?

ETA - it’s a Samsung tv if that matters

I just got DirecTV installed and its giving me error 921. I have a Samsung 4k tv (q80r), they put two boxes in the den. And it's still not working for me. Didnt me to steal your thread either. I have a tech coming out today, but the agent who I could barely understand said my tv might not be compatible. Wtf?

You need a cable that has the HDMI "Premium Certified" designation as they have enough bandwidth for 4K HDR @ 60Hz. I've bought a couple of these and never have an issue.
