Does this google security request look legit to you?

Got it this morning... the 'scoutcamp.bounces' thing is wierd and not a fan of the link c.gle when hovering over the "Review and take action" button....
But otherwise it looks pretty legit.

The url does look phishy but Google does control the entirety of .gle
