I’m looking for an alarm system to install in my office building. I ran across cove and it looks pretty intuitive. Does anyone have any experience with DIY alarms?

Very satisfied with the Ring alarm in my home. App is easy, monitoring is super cheap and includes 60 day cloud storage for any Ring cameras you have on site.

I also have the Ring alarm at home. The system needs a few upgrades (equipment) and some tweaks in the app but to be honest I could say that about every system. I am very satisfied with ring. You’ll be hard pressed to find a less expensive solution that is professionally monitored. With that said, I’m not sure about commercial monitoring.

Ring can’t do commercial monitoring at this point, but cove can. Their equipment is really nice as well.

Actually ring/amazon does have commercial monitoring. It’s just opposite or inverse of how others monitor. It works damn well for them.

Cheaper home insurance? Peace of mind for the wifey?

I'll be in the market for one of these in May so would love to hear some feedback. Abode was the one I was leaning towards as I can integrate my 2 nest cams (that I refuse to pay a monthly fee on).

I installed a Honeywell Lyric system and like it so far.
