Looking to finally add Live TV to my local Plex server, so I need some good antenna recs. Already got my tuner for my PC.
I have no idea what the differences between all these antennas are

If you are in BR then you should have plenty of options. Use the website posted above.
A lot of it will depend on how high you can get it and anything in your way. When I lived in Florida, I had a Mohu Leaf suction cupped behind blinds in a window and was picking up stations in Mobile 50 miles away.
Now I have a Mohu Sail mounted in the attic and it has worked great for me.
No matter what, make sure it has an amplifier. It makes a world of difference.

Has anyone used an antenna in the Madisonville area? The results on antennaweb.org does not look very promising.

the 50$ RCA antenna from walmart. there is no new technology in radio antennas in the past 50 years.

well thats technically true but depending on whether all the signals are coming from the same direction or not and how high he plans to mount it definitely dictate the model.
i'm 20 miles from downtown behind a bunch of hills and a $50 RCA would allow me to pick up zero channels.
