Dell jacked up displayed monitor price in the cart by $110.

Anybody else have Dell jack a price between selecting an item online and checking out? I selected a $369.99 monitor not shown as a sales item, but the cart said $479.99. I logged off and logged on within 5 min and the new display price was now $479.99. I'm inclined to not buy from Dell again.
