The only issue with BB shipping Ive run into is them giving a 10 day window and my order arrived 3-4 days later. That is not a bad thing.

Was it the new iPhone? Because I ordered mine from Apple within 45 seconds of it being released and it just came in today. If that's the case, your expectations are unrealistic.
