Contents Wizard- Discord?

Does anyone use Content Wizards? I’ve been with them awhile for IPTV service but one of my channel groups stopped working. I emailed them and they said it was discussed on the discord months ago. I’ve never been to the discord nor do I even know what it is. I’ve always delt with them through email. Can someone explain to me what and how to see the discord? Tia.

Discord is a site that allows the formation of groups of users similar to Whatsapp or GroupMe. Download the Discord app and find the group that your provider has created. You may have to ask them for an invite
