Chrome (mobile) is forcing me to view a page offline

I realized this morning that anytime I am on my phone and click the OT link, the browser shows me an offline copy of the page from Sept 4, 2020.
How do I return the browser to normal functionality?
When I look in my browser downloads, it doesn't even show the page as downloaded (so nothing to delete).
