Choose between these 3 TVs

Long story short... For some reason when I bought my Vizio TV for my patio, I got talked into getting the protection plan. Lucky for me the TV is having issues (right side of the screen is considerably darker than the left) and they are replacing my TV with these 3 options:

My gut tells me to go with the Vizio again but I wanted a second opinion.
* Also, what are the chances of getting the old TV repaired? I really don't have the time/patience to replace the LEDs.
