ChatGPT app not working on Pixel 8 Pro

I have a paid account, the app pulls up just fine and shows me as logged in. However, any prompt I type, the little black dot just pulses like it's thinking but then it literally never renders an answer.
Have tried it on browsers and it works just fine. Anyone? TIA

Might have to stick with browsers. Seems like the app is blocked on Pixels. I imagine Google wants you to use their own version of AI.
Alternatively, you could try deleting the app and data and reinstalling. (Or simply deleting the data and cache)?

Deleting and re-installing didn't work (per se). But logging out and the back in did!
