Cellular internet for home usage

I have been on Elon’s waiting list for Starlink since 02/2021, and will be until some time next year, in theory. I have heard that shite before though, and our dates keep getting pushed back each time.
Currently we are using a cellular based plan for home service while we wait. It is one of the resellers. It is the best of a bad situation, as unfortunately they get their devices ripped off of the AT&T network frequently enough that I have had it with them. Every few weeks they have to send out a new SIM card or device, and the process starts over. I have looked at going with AT&T Business, but they will not let you stream on their plans, and I’d have to get a LLC from what I have seen to even get on with them.
Anyone using a cellular based service that is reliable enough to get by for a few months? Typically they stay under 500gb a month usage. That counts out any of the 100gb plans, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you get TMobile or Verizon home Internet? It would be way better than starlink.

I have a cellular/LTE provider, but they are not very reliable for keeping their devices on the AT&T network. I hoped someone would be able to recommend a more reliable provider. Every 3-8 weeks I have to wait a few days for mine to send me a new SIM or modem. To make it even worse, it is more expensive than most unlimited fiber plans. We are getting fleeced, but it is the only game in town unfortunately.
I guess we will have to live with it until we can get Starlink.

Before I got Starlink I was on an AT&T plan for an iPad. It was unlimited data and no data cap. I think they still offer it last I checked.
And before you say you don't need an iPad plan, you should research spoofing an iPad IMEI to use in another device.
1000 times better than going through a reseller and was only $25/mo. I ran a VPN on the whole network to help not draw attention to the fact that I wasn't using the "iPad".

Also, if anyone reading has T-Mobile in their area and can't get their Mobile Home Internet plan, I'd highly recommend Calyx Institute. Not a typical reseller but a non-profit with legit plans. Don't have to worry about data caps or your sim card getting zapped.
