I brought my car (2013 Hyundai Sonata) in for service and they updated the computer system. Since then, my phone (iPhone 7) will not hold a connection via Bluetooth. It connects for about 5 seconds then disconnects. Which I find strange since it worked perfectly before the update. I've tried everything on my phone and in my car, such as "forget this phone" and reconnect it, to resolve the issue but nothing has work. I brought my car back to Hyundai and they basically told me they can't do anything about it. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?

Try connecting another phone??..
Disconnect the battery from both the car and phone. Leave the battery off the car for 10 to 15 minutes. Connect battery to car and drive around for a day and try your phone again.

It might more of an iPhone 7 issue than an issue with your car. IOS10, particularly on the iPhone 7 has been having a ton of issues across several manufacturers and bluetooth.

Remove the hands free module from the car and bake it in the oven.

Check out the thread I posted. It works.
