Cannot print from Apple Macbook an Epson ET-2400

Perhaps one or more of you programming guys can help. When there is a software update on my Apple MacBook, it must download a new driver connection.
I had this same issue two months ago and it was resolved quickly. But not so this time.
AI could not do it, after many frustrating hours. And after I got the fourth different Epson Technical Support person, I finally got him to understand that last time, it was emailed to me. This time when I got the email, I hit the link and it was blank. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating!
